Early Registration until September 12, 2025

Regular Participants: 350,- €

Students*: 200,- €

Conference Dinner: 80,- €

Late Registration after September 12, 2025

Regular Participants: 380,- €

Students*: 230,- €

Conference Dinner: 80,- €

All Prices include VAT.

*To register as a student we will require further proof of your student status; this can be a scan of your student identification card or a letter from your university (acceptance letter or matriculation letter). You will be asked to send this proof as an attachment to your registration e-mail.

Registration Procedure

Registration closed. 

Cancellation  

Cancellation of the registration must be made in writing (e-mail) to the Organizers before October 13, 2025. After this date no fees will be refunded.
